Send call details using BT MeetMe Connect

Please note: Your company may decide to block any international dial-out as a cost containment measure or for legal restrictions. If blocked, the International Dial-Out Blocking screen will display.

International Dial-Out Screen

To invite overseas participants, you would use BT MeetMe Connect's instant messaging or email features to send your conference details.

Send call details using an email invitation or instant message

  1. Click either the Email or IM button shown next to Invite Options
    Invite options.
  2. Drag name or named group(s) from Microsoft Office Communicator and drop into the textbox in BT MeetMe Connect. Note: Be careful to drop them below each name or the email addresses merge.
    Add contacts to the email
  3. Click Prepare Email (or Send IM) to open an invitation that includes the phone numbers, and participant code for dialing into the call.
