Join someone's BT MeetMe call using BT MeetMe Connect
Chairperson dial-out
For most conferences, the chairperson of the call dials out to you. After you answer your phone, press *1 on your phone's keypad, and then record your name and press #.
Manually providing your dial-in details
If your chairperson has sent you an email or an instant message invitation with the dial-in information directly, join the conference by inserting the BT MeetMe participant code into BT MeetMe Connect and having it dial-out to you.
- Click the Join a BT MeetMe conference button on the BT MeetMe Connect home screen.
- Select the phone number that you want the bridge to dial out to you on.
- Enter your participant passcode and conference name.
Tip: BT MeetMe Connect offers you the option to save a listing of your most frequently used passcodes (for example, your manager's passcode, weekly conference calls, etc.).
- Click Join audio conference icon.
Once you've joined the call, you will see a list of the other participants in the call.
