Connect to BT MeetMe Connect

The first time

1. The first time BT Meetme Connect loads, click Start BT Meetme Connect.
   
2. Enter your BT Meetme chairperson passcode. Your information will be stored on your computer for future logins.
   

   Note: If you delete your computer's cookies, you will be asked to enter your passcode again the next time you use BT Meetme Connect.

3. A 'Welcome to BT Meetme Connect' popup window displays to offer instructions on using the BT Meetme Connect Quick Links tab.
   
   
4. The BT Meetme Connect Home screen displays with your BT Meetme account(s) and your audio conferencing status. If you use multiple BT Meetme accounts, they all display on this screen. Select your preferred BT Meetme account to start or join a conference.
   
   
   

Connecting after timing out

If you are using the Home Screen or the Conference Control Screen, your session automatically refreshes every few seconds and never times out. But, if you are on any other screen and inactive for four hours, then your session times out. Timing out your BT MeetMe Connect is done for security reasons to prevent your chairperson or participant passcodes from being compromised.

1. Signout and sign back into your Microsoft Office Communicator to connect to your BT MeetMe Connect.
