Add participants to your call using BT MeetMe Connect

The chairperson can use BT MeetMe Connect to dial out to participants.

  1. Search for the participant in MS Communicator by either:
    • Scrolling through the Contact list (Fig. a)
    • Using the search field (Fig. b)
  2. Drag the participants' from MS Communicator and drop them into the BT MeetMe Connect Dial-out textbox (participant details will automatically populate from your company's corporate directory). Be careful to drop them below each name or the email addresses merge.
  3. If the participant has multiple phone numbers to choose from, select the number to dial-out to.
  4. To add a participant that is not in your company's corporate directory, click the "Add dial out" button and manually add the participant's name and email.

  5. When finished, click Execute Dial-out to call all participants simultaneously and launch your BT MeetMe call.
